Go Daft for Daffs - Sunday 29th October 2017

1000 native daffodils were planted by residents, young families and local youth groups along with members of the Silchester Association Committee and Parish Councillors in the locations agreed by the Parish Council.
Feedback from the Brownies and Guides was very positive with the children having a lovely morning even if the digging in some areas was a bit of a challenge.
We hope our other furry residents don't enjoy the bulbs as winter snacks and we look forward to a golden display around our village next Spring.
